Can I order a custom piece?
Yes! Please fill out the contact form with a description of your idea and I'll see if we can make it happen. Time, materials, complexity, and bandwidth will all contribute to the decision. I also release pieces in collections monthly, so keep an eye out for the next one coming soon!
How do I clean my jewelry?
I use sterling silver in all of my pieces, and it naturally tarnishes over time. Although you're encouraged to wear your jewelry everywhere and anywhere you adventure, try to remember to take it off before jumping into water (esp hotsprings). Using a silver polishing cloth (like the one included with every order) to remove oils and residue will also slow down the oxidation process and keep your piece looking fresher longer!
How long will a piece take to ship?
In stock pieces will be shipped 3-5 days after purchase. Made to order pieces will be specified and will include a specific time estimate. All orders are shipped via USPS and will include a tracking number. Allow 6-8 weeks for custom orders to be shipped; exact details will be sent after consultation.
What is your return policy?
I craft everything with love and care, so that you can adorn yourself with meaningful, high-quality art. If you are unhappy with a piece, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with a description. Returns that are approved must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom pieces are non-refundable.
